Privacy notice

This website belongs to Cliff Thorburn. It is built and hosted for him by Purple Imp.

What we collect

We collect only what you send us through the contact form: your name, email address and message, and your phone number, organisation, date or venue if you choose to give them. We also keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address and your browser type, so we can spot abuse of the form.

How we use it

We use it to read and answer your message, and for nothing else. We don’t add you to a mailing list, sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing. The site is hosted by Purple Imp, and our email provider delivers your message to Cliff.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The videos on the Media page load from YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode), and only when you press play. At that point YouTube’s own privacy policy applies. Fonts are served by Google Fonts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. To do that, send a message through the contact form.
